TEST TEST, contemporary and cosmopolitan, we created a visually appealing flash intro with relevant case studies to bring the benefits of Avaya’s solutions to the forefront. Case studies were also used throughout the site to reinforce the strategic value of Avaya’s four pillars. Additionally, the masthead features the four pillars to clearly convey the focus of Avaya’s offerings and to provide efficient browsing for users. We created an intuitive and informative design system based around a prospect’s purchasing cycle. Four key user tasks were identified and then integrated consistently throughout the site: Learn the Facts, Do Your Research, Connect with Avaya and Get Support. Additionally, the use of editorially driven content, such as white papers, analyst reports and online demos, were used to educate prospects and demonstrate the benefits gained by customers who have embedded Avaya’s communications solutions into the “heart” of their businesses.
