Club Nokia Digital Timeline
One of the most complex and sophisticated digital signage projects ever created, the Club Nokia Timeline integrates physical space, large-scale signage and interaction with mobile devices. It is a massive data visualization of physical interactions and mobile device submissions, connecting people through a history of concert events.
The Timeline at Club Nokia, a brand new 2,500-seat theater, part of the bigger Nokia Theatre complex in Los Angeles, is comprised of one large wall-mounted LED display, along with five interactive wall displays and four custom-made interactive floor interfaces.
Visitors can capture their own Club Nokia moments via images, video and text, and upload them to the Timeline via SMS, MMS, email, Bluetooth and WiFi. They can explore a library of multimedia material from events that have taken place at the venue either by using the touch screens or the footpad controls.
