Building on Sam Walton’s core belief of talking to customers to run a better business, we’ve started an ongoing conversation with them on Facebook. There, Walmart fans tell us what they appreciate and what needs work, giving us important insights to help make Walmart stores better.

Fans can also connect with each other to share advice on products, shopping tips, recipes, and more. With Facebook, we’ve brought Sam’s belief of talking to customers into the digital age, helping us provide better service and value.
