To change that, Founderland have created the fastest growing community of women of colour founders and allies, dedicated to getting more diverse, sustainable and scalable businesses funded. 

Founderland have created a specific accelerator program called Compass which supports 15 founders to scale their businesses each year. This program is high touch and high impact but limited in its resources, and therefore reach. Workshop sessions with Compass alumni and the Founderland team identified the pitch as a critical crossroads for founders; and a compelling pitch as one of the most important tools in a successful founders journey. 

PAM by Founderland is a custom-AI tool that provides a safe space for founders to rehearse their pitch and get personalized feedback. With PAM we’re meaningfully scaling the support of the Founderland community, to get more founders funded.
